We do not offer returns or refunds at Lokkelebery, however we will always endeavor to make sure you are happy with your Lokkelebery product.

Exceptions:

• Event tickets may be refunded onto a Lokkelebery voucher up to 48 hours before the event. Please contact events@lokkelebery.co.uk to start a refund process
• Faulty products: if you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact hello@lokkelebery.co.uk

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
